From day one, you will work directly alongside Jamieson and the team, learning how we think, how we build client relationships, and how we structure complex financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
This isn’t a training program built around manuals and modules. It’s real exposure, real responsibility and real feedback, accelerating your development in ways a classroom never could.
What the program covers :
- Client development : How to build, earn and maintain long-term relationships with sophisticated clients
- Investment reviews : Participating in portfolio analysis and client meetings from the start
- Independent advisory : Developing your own judgment, voice and approach under experienced guidance
- CIRO Registration preparation : Ongoing support and mentorship to help you meet registration requirements and develop your practice
- Practice building : Learning how to develop a book of business with intention and discipline
We’re looking for the right fit.
What we look for :
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
Currently registered with CIRO or working toward meeting the registration requirements
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Resilience: the ability to push through setbacks and come back stronger
- Integrity: you do the right thing, especially when no one is watching
- A genuine drive to succeed, for your clients, your team and yourself
